NewTom 7G VET – veterinary 3D computed tomography
NewTom 7G VET is a multifunctional CBCT system for veterinary diagnostics. The device allows you to perform 2D and 3D examinations, obtain high-resolution images and analyze various anatomical areas of animals, including the head, limbs, spine, thorax and internal organs.
The system is adapted to animals of different sizes. Adjustable examination fields allow you to select the necessary anatomical area, and the motorized patient table ensures comfortable positioning of the animal. SafeBeam™ technology automatically adjusts radiation parameters according to the patient's build and the anatomical area being examined.
Main advantages
- High-resolution 3D images: The image resolution is up to 90 µm.
- Customizable fields of view (FOV): from 4 × 4 cm to 29 cm in diameter, with the possibility of extending the study length to 62 cm.
- 2D and 3D diagnostics: The Ray2D feature is designed for static 2D studies, while CineX allows for dynamic studies.
- SafeBeam™ technology: automatically adjusts the radiation dose based on the patient's size and the area being examined.
- Motorized patient table: allows precise positioning of the animal, maximum load capacity is 215 kg.
- Dual Energy technology: provides the opportunity to obtain additional information about tissue composition and improve their differentiation.
