TETHYS H10 PLUS operating principle

1. Decontamination (this is the process of destroying pathogenic microorganisms, which is carried out before cleaning by thermal or chemical means. This requires a thermodisinfectant or a combined disinfectant in a closed container with a sieve) - reducing the number of bacteria on the instruments.
2. Ultrasonic cleaning - removal of organic and inorganic residues from instruments.
3. Thermal disinfection - microorganisms on the instruments are destroyed.
4. Hot air drying - removal of vapors in the tank and residual moisture on the instruments

Disinfection (decontamination)

Instruments are placed in bags, they do not need to be washed. Pre-washing at low temperatures removes residues and avoids the risk of proteins adhering to instruments during high temperature processing.

Washing

Tethys H10 Plus washing is characterized by the strength of ultrasound, which allows to remove all stuck dirt.

Thermal disinfection

Tethys H10 Plus is a professional device with 90 °C thermal disinfection process according to EN ISO 15883-1/2. Heating ensures the elimination of microorganisms by an approved process.

Hot air drying

After the disinfection phase, the steam and moisture in the tank are removed. At the end of the process, the instruments are ready for the next stage of packaging.

Everything is under control

The Tethys H10 Plus is equipped with an internal memory that can save all data from work cycles to a computer.

Integrated descaling system

Tethys H10 Plus is the only device in this category that has an integrated descaling system. The exclusive functionality of the model prevents the accumulation of limestone and other impurities in the water circuit.
