Doctor's Instrument Block

Designed for dentists who prefer hanging sleeves, this compact and easy-to-maneuver unit provides a wide range of comfortable positions around the operating area. It is equipped with a 7-inch capacitive multi-screen and a practical handle that facilitates horizontal movements.

• Adjustable chair. The operating center chair comes with a wide range of customization options, from color to padding and headrest. It also comes with a variety of foot controls that come in a wired or wireless version. The design of the seat and backrest increases the comfort of the patient chair. The backrest construction is highly resistant, with soft padding and durable and easy-to-clean upholstery. The movements of the chair are designed to avoid uncomfortable compressions in the lumbar region. The padding reduces the patient's pressure points in the body, supporting blood microcirculation and ensuring greater comfort.
• Pneumatic headrest. An exclusive pneumatic orbital headrest can be purchased as an additional option, which moves in three axes and allows quick and accurate positioning of the auxiliary. A button on the underside of the headrest activates the movement.

Technological choice

Skema 6 has a practical and elegant control panel. Equipped with a 7-inch capacitive multi-screen display, dentists are free to choose the clinic model or the multimedia model.

Console

The clinic version, built as standard in Schema 6, allows you to view data on conservative procedures, endodontics and implantology. The control panel registers device parameters, has a large database of endodontic incisions, controls the patient chair, easily and efficiently controls each built-in system.

Multimedia control panel

The optional multimedia version is compatible with multimedia content and has a USB connection. This allows you to control the settings of any dental application by the dentist, and the dentist can check each setting and use a flash drive to save it to a USB stick. The multimedia control panel is designed to display images and videos.

Set for implantology

Only a fully integrated implantology system allows the doctor to optimize the time spent in the chair and focus only on the operation and the patient. The Skema 6, specially designed for implantology, is equipped with a powerful induction micromotor, a peristaltic pump and a state-of-the-art control panel that allows speed, torque and irrigation rate parameters to be quickly adjusted and saved.

Endodontics

Skema 6 is equipped with a comprehensive set of instruments, software and functions to support endodontics and all related operations. The dentist has access to an extensive database of esthetics, a specific angle tip and can precisely control the operative parameters required for treatment.

Safe and certified hygiene

Since its inception, Castellini has been committed to developing state-of-the-art devices to ensure aseptic conditions in the dental department. In close cooperation with the Department of Public Health and Infectious Diseases of Sapienza University of Rome and the Department of Public Health and Pediatrics of the University of Turin, hygiene systems were improved.

MWB

The reliable and effective MWB system, used in combination with Peroxy Ag +, works against all water contaminants, including Legionella. Studies carried out in a dental department during a 3-month follow-up period showed that the regular use of MWB Daily intensive disinfection cycle using the Autosteril system ensures perfect water hygiene quality with bacteria levels not exceeding zero.

Active hygiene

To ensure strict disinfection of the cooling water supply circuit, Autosteril ST performs semi-automatic cycles with a contact time of 10 minutes. A separate water supply system removes any contaminants in the water. The bottle with the gray stripe is for distilled water and the bottle with the yellow stripe is used to disinfect the spray lines with disinfectant liquid.
