Modification "Puma ELI Castellini ORTHO" is intended for orthodontists, the design meets the special needs of the dentist during orthodontic treatment. Mobile tool tray, can be easily adapted to any workplace. The assistant side is ready for one or two dynamic instruments controlled by a convenient control panel.

Headrest with pneumatic brake

The headrest can be optionally equipped with a unique pneumatic orbital headrest that moves in three axes for precise and fast positioning. A button on the lower part of the headrest activates the position selection.

Leg support

Adjustable leg support (optional) allows for easy and thorough disinfection.

For the convenience of the patient

The comfort concept starts with the patient chair, which is equipped with a silent motor to lift patients weighing up to 190 kg. The backrest is thin, but durable, properly compensating back and seat movements. The patient chair gently accompanies the patient, reducing the compression effect in the lumbar region.

Touch screen control panel

The Puma ELI R model is equipped with a new instrument control panel with a touch screen and an integrated X-ray image display (negatoscope). The alphanumeric display allows smooth and conservative control of dental functions, providing important data and allowing direct setting of work parameters. The "clean" button temporarily disables the touch screen for disinfection.

Handy Power micro motor

Handy Power is an ultra-lightweight, compact brushless micromotor with or without LED lighting. "Handy Power is quiet and vibration-free. Due to the exceptional reliability of the brushless technology, only minimal maintenance is required. Suitable for conservative and prosthetic dentistry.

T-LED

The curing lamp can be used as a straight or 120° angled version. The T-LED lamp, with a high power LED of maximum 2200 mW/cm2 and an emission range of 430-490 nm, offers 6 preset programs and a sterilizable fiber optic.

The design concept of the Puma ELI, which is ready to use with scientifically proven hygiene devices, is to minimize the risk of cross-contamination and is DVGW certified.

Active hygiene

To ensure strict disinfection of the cooling water supply circuit, Autosteril ST performs semi-automatic cycles with a contact time of 10 minutes. A separate water supply system removes any contaminants in the water. The bottle with the gray stripe is for distilled water and the bottle with the yellow stripe is used to disinfect the spray lines with disinfectant liquid.

Passive hygiene systems

In order to maintain a high level of hygiene both in the dental department and in the workplace, Castellini has developed an advanced passive protection concept. Medical staff and the patient can expect continuous protection from a range of elements specially designed to minimize any risk of contamination.

Integrated video (Intraoral) camera

The design of the camera's ergonomic handle has been improved to improve use in the oral cavity. HD quality images ensure flawless rendering and maximum examination accuracy. The depth of field of the optical system is from 5 to 70 mm. The 16:9 HD sensor adapts perfectly to the aspect ratio of the LED screen. The frame STOP function is activated with the touch button. The easy-to-attach and removable Macro Cap attachment magnifies up to 100x for detailed, ultra-sharp images.

X-ray sensor (Visiograph)

The Zen-X sensor (available in two sizes) is integrated in the dentist's module, which accelerates the acquisition of intraoral X-ray images. In a few seconds, the processed image is displayed on the monitor.

22 inch LED monitor

The certified medical device (according to EU Directive 93/42) monitor ensures a flawless image and a simple interface. Thanks to its ergonomic design and special IPS panel, it offers a wide viewing angle. It can be integrated into dental equipment with both single-bend and double-bend brackets.
