Optimized sensitivity

Owandy-CR has a special state-of-the-art reading head that optimizes the way the plates are read and improves their performance for superior quality. In addition, it uses the entire active surface area of the board. Finally, Owandy-CR has specially designed image filters and processing to produce quality images with excellent contrasts.

An intuitive tool

Simply put, Owandy-CR is fully automatic! Getting to know the system is quick and easy. Owandy-CR is very intuitive: detection of video plates (including determination of their size and orientation), scanning and erasing are automatic. The device does not have a complex user interface, as it consists of automatic wake-up and standby mode. The image plates are used in conjunction with a cardboard sleeve and a disposable sterile cap to ensure that the entire system remains sterile. The life of the video board is long because it never comes into contact with the patient or the doctor/operator.

Suitable for all types of clinical practice

Owandy-CR can be used in endodontics, prosthetics, implants and periodontal diagnostics as well as caries diagnostics. It is compatible with all image plate sizes, making it suitable for all types of scans (biteal, periapical, posterior views, etc.) and for all patients:

Sharing resources just got easier

The tool's direct USB connection makes it easy to use and install. After scanning the image plate, the captured image can be instantly viewed on a computer screen connected to the Owandy-CR. This type of connector makes the Owandy-CR extremely easy to use with single or multi-user systems.
