Dust extraction unit AC02 TYPE

Ceramic, chrome-cobalt, quartz, gypsum, acrylic, asbestos dust generated when working in a dental laboratory is extremely dangerous for the health of the dental technician.

It causes allergies, eye irritation and is a general hazard to both personnel and laboratory equipment.

Dust particles larger than 10 microns are usually eliminated by the body's natural defenses, while particles smaller than 10 microns can penetrate deep into the alveoli of the lungs and contribute to progressive, irreversible, long-term pathogenic reactions.

The extraction unit AC 02 with a three-stage filtration system reliably removes 99.99% of hazardous dust particles of 1-2 microns or smaller around the technician's workplace.

AC 02 can serve one or two desktops.

Thanks to the built-in silencer, the noise emission is reduced to a minimum.

The electronic device ensures comfort when working with AC 02 and various working modes.

Operating modes:

Synchronized, extraction device work with other devices;

Extractor is disabled, but micromotor operation is possible;

Air flow control;

Integrated sensors provide information about clogged filters, light indication on the control panel;

Automatic stop when the filters are completely blocked.
