Two thermostats control the temperature limit, indicating possible anomalies with a light indicator. The operating temperature can be continuously controlled via the front panel thermometer locations. The lid seal is guaranteed by the use of a silicon gasket; the chamber is insulated with high-density fiberglass, thus reducing heat loss and resistance work. The inner chamber, pliers and cover are made of shiny stainless steel.
