Salt therapy in a salt capsule - how does it work?
- The capsule is made of plastic and is intended for an individual salt therapy session.
- In the salt capsule, even closer contact with the salt spray can be achieved than in large salt rooms.
- The patient is in a supine position.
- Privacy guaranteed.
- You can listen to relaxing music or stories (for children).
- Lesson duration: 20 min. for adults in a capsule, 20-40 min. in the salt room. Salt therapy sessions for young children should be much shorter! 10 minutes is the maximum activity time for children. Allow 15-20 minutes for older children, but no more.
