For dentists using instruments with hanging sleeves, the new module design and selectable height balance system provide excellent mobility. Practical in every situation.

• Dentist's Toolbox with an easily selectable position. For greater convenience, the doctor can adjust the vertical position of the instruments by lightly touching the handle with the sensor. This controls the locking system, which creates increased freedom of movement.
• Transtoral position. Due to the mobility of the instrument holder system, the doctor can position the dental table to the left, on the assistant's side.
• Balanced instruments. The instruments are balanced to avoid any strain on the wrist, and the instrument hoses feature an increased extension position to reduce unnecessary movement in the operating field.
• "Skema 5 CP" Dentist block. The tools are easier to pick up due to the placement of their holders and the different angle of inclination of the central tools compared to the ones on the sides. A sixth instrument can be integrated on the side of the module, choosing an intraoral camera or a photopolymerization lamp.

The design of the seat and the profile of the backrest emphasize the high level of comfort of the chair. The movements of the backrest are designed in such a way as to avoid uncomfortable compressions in the waist area. and the shape facilitates access to the operating area from various sides.

Headrest with pneumatic brake

The headrest can be optionally equipped with a unique pneumatic orbital headrest that moves in three axes for precise and fast positioning. A button on the lower part of the headrest activates the position selection.

The LCD control panel is not only intuitive and easy to use, but also with a touch screen monitor that allows the doctor to use simple gestures of modern technology. Assistant block

Safe and certified hygiene

Since its inception, Castellini has been committed to developing state-of-the-art devices to ensure aseptic conditions in the dental department. In close cooperation with the Department of Public Health and Infectious Diseases of Sapienza University of Rome and the Department of Public Health and Pediatrics of the University of Turin, hygiene systems were improved.

MWB

Studies carried out in a dental department during a 3-month follow-up period showed that the regular use of MWB Daily intensive disinfection cycle using the Autosteril system ensures perfect water hygiene quality with bacteria levels not exceeding zero.
